today's world
Environmental Concern
Since 1950s, human being had produced over 830 billion tons of plastic products. Used plastics are degraded in natural environment between 200 and 700 years and those buried plastics directly occupied a large amount of soil. Incineration treatment will produce toxic gas-diox-ins because of incomplete combustion and its pollutant discharged to the ocean will endanger marine animals’ survival. Excessive use of plastics and its improper treatment in the later stage will severely pollute the soil, air and water. Based on such severe environmental pollution, many countries actively promote regulation of limiting or prohibiting the use of disposable plastic products. Industrial organizations and enterprises positively implement plastic-recycling target and continuously innovate renewable bio-based material and biodegradable materials.

Our first landfill biodegradable soother, the BTN-Soother
For us, sustainability and responsibility are pivotal right from the start. Which is why we are passionate about developing products that protect babies' health and minimize the impact on the environment. Our fyplo back-to-nature (BTN) Soother uses new Bio-landfill materials for the teat, soother shield, button, ring, and cover, meaning our BTN-Soother can be wholly biodegraded at any natural landfills or anaerobic digestion facilities, converting waste to energy.
At fyplo, we're inspired by the next generation and clean environment.
